What to do when manifestation isn't working

The following is a short excerpt from the Manifestation Manual titled "What To Do When Manifestation Isn't Working".

What Is Manifestation?

The Merriam-Webster dictionary defines "manifest" as something "able to be seen" or  "clearly shown or visible."

The act of manifesting is making something tangible and able to be experienced by the physical senses.

Our ideas, dreams, and goals all exist in the fifth dimension. They live in our minds. Manifestation is the process where we make them three-dimensional realities.

Manifestation consists of aligning yourself with your goal so it can express itself in the physical world.

Today, many New Age schools use this term to refer to the strategies to materialize a goal by focusing their thoughts and emotion on the desired outcome.

What to do when manifestation isn't working

Here is what to do If you are not manifesting what you want.

Ask yourself If you need that thing

Sometimes not getting what you want is a gift.

There are forces that control the universe that are invisible to the physical eyes. And yes, they are taking care of you.

The universe knows what is best for you. And sometimes, we want to manifest from our egos and not from our Higher Self.

So, ask yourself, is your intention for the highest good of all?

If you meditate on that, and the answer is yes, then keep reading!

Check your limiting beliefs

Allow yourself to sit down for a while and meditate. Do you feel like your manifestation is impossible? Why? Do you have any deep-rooted beliefs that limit you? Where do they come from?

Once you identify a limiting belief, analyze it in depth. Don't condemn or justify yourself. Just try to get to the bottom of the problem.

Understanding your thinking patterns and system of beliefs allows you to see why your manifestation may not be occurring.

Once you identify and understand the issue, you can start to take action. For example, you can replace your limiting beliefs with more positive ones.

You can do this by repeating positive affirmations immediately after waking up and right before going to bed.

The more you repeat them, the quicker they will replace your previous limiting beliefs.

Raise your vibration

Conscious manifestation is not possible If your intention does not align with your vibration.

So, If you want to manifest a happier life, you have to vibrate sky high!

There are many ways to raise your vibration. For example, meditation, gratitude, and healthy living.

But also check on the things that make you lower your vibration.

For example, anger, sadness, anxiety, frustration, hate, fear, are all emotional states with low vibration.

Work on what makes you lower your vibration so you can transform it into something positive.

Be patient

Sometimes your manifestation is far away from you energetically.

Don't worry about that. It's okay and completely natural If it takes a while for it to manifest.

Some manifestations take longer than others. Manifestations don't have a specific time to occur.

The universe knows what you need and when you need it. Your manifestation will occur at the perfect time and place when you are ready to receive it.
